I am rigorous and serious about my work, can adapt to various working environments, have strong learning ability, and can quickly familiarize with and grasp the characteristics of different projects. During the work of Tongfang, I obtained the qualification certificate of cost engineer.
With years of experience in budget management and project management, I have summed up a set of project management methods of "increasing revenue, reducing expenditures, and reducing losses", especially in terms of cost control and site management. In terms of cost control, I thoroughly researched the bidding documents and contracts, analyzed the key points of project cost control, determined the key points and profit points of cost control, correctly grasped the direction of project cost control, and planned the cost control work of the project as a whole; In process management, attach importance to process connection and construction arrangements. This can not only ensure the construction period and quality, but also effectively control costs and achieve a win-win situation for the owner and the construction unit.
