Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum and Performing Arts Center Night Lighting Design Project
The Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum New Museum Project is one of the important livelihood projects of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years. It is located in the eastern new district of Hohhot, across the street from the Hohhot Municipal Government, and adjacent to the Ulanqat Grand Theater and the Inner Mongolia Museum. The new pavilion will become an important base for science and popularization work in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, an important window showing the achievements of economic, social, and scientific and technological development, and a landmark building for urban construction. The total construction area is 87,000 m2, including 48,300 m2 of science and technology museum and 38,700 m2 of performing arts center. The construction was completed in May 2014. This architectural masterpiece condensing the efforts of countless design, construction and management personnel has attracted a lot of attention with its unique lighting design style. The building shows the distinctive, strong and vibrant character of the grassland. The rising sun on the grassland, Hada the nation dancing enthusiastically, the eagle soaring with wings, the book coupon of brilliant culture, the sea of songs, the paradise of music, the architectural form depicts a scene of the sun rising in the deep grassland. Rich national cultural symbols have become the focus of this lighting design. Due to its elegant physical structure and complex details, it has put forward more stringent requirements on lighting design.
